Low Temperature Stencil Dryer

• Safely dries up to three 29-inch stencils in less than 10 minutes
  
  
• Improves stencil cleaner throughput
  Stencil cleaner is available to wash and rinse additional stencils while the LTD-3 independently dries previously cleaned stencils. It's like having the throughput of 3 stencil cleaners at a fraction of the cost!
  
  
• Low temperature design protects stencils from elevated temperatures that may damage adhesive bonds or cause expansion / contraction distortion of etched image.
  Stencils are heat-sensitive. The epoxy adhesive used to bond the screen to the frame and metal etched foil is heat-cured. If a stencil is dried with hot air or washed with hot water, the adhesive bond will weaken and detach. In addition, irregular expansion and contraction of the various metals may cause distortion of the etched image leading to misregistration and screen tension problems.
  
  
• Conserves energy
  Operates at low temperature. Cycle timer shuts down heaters after cycle is completed or may be set for continuous operation.
  
  
• Adjustable temperature control allows use for other drying applications
  Process temperature adjusts for drying pallets, oven radiators, PCBs and other applications.
  
  
• Easy loading and unloading
  Low profile allows for easy loading and unloading of stencils and other items.
